HP Pavilion 15 in my test.

This laptop ticks all the boxes for which it was intended. Smooth transition between programs and applications. The screen is not visible from any angle, but this was known before the purchase. Great school computer.

Exactly as I configured on the HP website, very fast shipping

When I saw this laptop here at Revain being sold by an Eluctronix seller exactly as I set it up on the HP website I bought it immediately. I've found that stock of this laptop, particularly the 11th Gen i7 Intel Iris processor, is quickly disappearing from the shelves. Complete disappointment

This computer was great, but only for 32 days. At that point he closed. After several days of calling HP and losing all my data, they said to send it back for repair. They said I will receive a box and instructions in 2 days. 5 days have passed and the box is still not there. Extremely disappointing experience. It's been 2 weeks since he left and it's no closer to a resolution than the day he left.

Disappointing - my new rating

This system is disappointing. It was advertised as Windows 10 but shortly after purchasing it blocked me and asked for a recovery key. Revain put me in contact with the manufacturer hp. HP referred me to Microsoft and Microsoft referred me to HP again. It took a long time between calls to HP support and Microsoft to resolve the issue. The problem is not solved yet. Very disappointing!

Reliable computer at a good price

I bought this after dropping my previous laptop. I loved it. My only complaint is that the clamshell doesn't open far enough that it feels weird at times. Otherwise I enjoyed it.
