I love this backpack!

I'm a big fan of backpacks and didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that gets thrown around. I really love this bag. Love the look and it's utility, especially the inner zip pocket - I would feel safe keeping my passport in there.

Perfect size, quality and color

Perfect size, quality and colour. I like the back pocket for my phone or keys. Inside there is enough space for documents and a handbag. A few small pockets for rubber bands or business cards will come in handy.

Feels like real leather

Feels like real leather, very strong and durable. Seems to be the perfect size for travel/work. Ideal for a laptop. I use it for work and it goes with all my documents. Lots of pockets for my jewelry

The look of faux leather just isn't for me

This is a good sized well made travel backpack which I did some careful research before ordering. The price was right and the size was perfect for the walking tours I planned in NYC. When it arrived I just wasn't "overwhelmed" like I'd like to be. Even though it looks better in the photos, it actually looks like faux leather. I wanted to like it but instead I sent it back because I knew I would feel like a fashionista who wants to be a fashionista who travels around town with her on my back…

So I just received it, the button is broken - customer service was great

The support was great! They send me a new bag that will hopefully have all the buttons! Update: 4 o'clock buttons came off. I still love it and will make a comeback. I'll let you know how the return process goes! The new bag kept all the buttons for some time. I love this damn bag! So it's just based on how cute it is and the packaging and I'll update based on shelf life but so far I'm loving this thing! I'm going on vacation in 3 days and I'm so glad I took care of this part.

To fit or not to fit? That is the question.

Well, like most, I love this bag. The artificial leather and the workmanship appear to be of high quality. Appearance is pleasant. The size is exactly what I wanted as my goal is to be able to fashionably take my laptop with me when I need to work somewhere (I work remotely). What really annoys me is that there is an interior compartment that seems intended for a laptop or tablet, but doesn't fit my 13-inch MacBook Air.
