Charge only - no data

Note that this cable is only suitable for charging as advertised. It doesn't offer data transfer, which means that if I just wanted a magnetic connector for a normal connection to my custom keyboard, it doesn't offer a connection that would allow the keyboard to work. Data transmission, such as file management or device operation, is not possible with this cable. If you're like me, you might not have noticed that there is a difference. - Tips pop out fairly easily - No replacements available - No micro USB tips - No USB-A cables with compatible ends - Not compatible with other brands - No shorter ones or longer lengths - Magnets happen to pick up metal dust which can block the connection and prevent it from working. It is quite difficult to remove fine metal dust from a rare earth magnet. It would be nice if the tips snapped into the phone like another brand I've tried. I bought this to have an easy way to connect cables to my laptop and phone for charging. While the cables can be easily plugged into the connector, they are easier to unplug. Pros: - A good idea so you don't have to plug the connector into your phone/laptop. Cons: - very poor implementation - cables are only plugged in when the devices are not in use. What a great concept. Magnetic charger with fast charging technology. Unfortunately it does not live up to expectations. The chord bends and separates more easily than it should. And when the device magically has a strong connection, the USB-C dongle falls out of the phone. I bought extra ones to use around the house and in the car. And too many times I've tried to connect my phone only to see no attachment. And you have to overcome the inconvenience of getting into the car to see the nozzle…
