Awarded Product: Headsets

Very clear sound. Callers don't even notice that I'm on the phone using the headset. The only thing I would like to improve is to make the dial smaller. In addition, attentive users can - very quietly - hear their own voice in the earpiece during a call. It doesn't matter and it's still good value for money.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

GREAT convenience in phone accessories

I bought this phone primarily to save time (e.g. folding laundry while talking to friends). It was amazing - very handy as a phone and saved me a lot of time. Of course, you'll need to strap the phone around your waist, but that's not impractical. The sound quality is normal, but there are no significant complaints. Highly recommended! (I even got my brother to buy one.)

Charme for the second time

In the first week after the purchase, it worked wonders. Then your conversation partner could not see you here. I called tech support and they tried to figure out what was wrong but they couldn't. So I sent it back to Plantronics (because the phone has a 2 year warranty) and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. I was very surprised by their cooperation. The second has been running for a month now.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

upset. on Headsets

One of the reasons I bought this product was because I'm familiar with Plantronics in the office. The phone itself, in my opinion, is quite uncluttered, the headset is comfortable. However, I am disappointed that there is no mute button. When the battery is low, the phone only beeps once, it's not very loud, and you have less than a minute to reach for another phone. I dropped 3 calls due to battery including a conference call while working from home.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Hardly ever

a good phone for the kitchen, not an office or bedroom

In general I like the phone. However, it has some disadvantages. 1) YOU CANNOT TURN THE RINGER OFF is a major disadvantage when you bring your phone into the bedroom. 2) Sometimes there is high feedback from a headset plug not making a good contact. 3) The volume control is not high enough for people with hearing problems. WITH PLUS 1) long battery life 2) good headset with many carrying options. 3) excellent reception

Pros
  • Good assembly
Cons
  • Poor instructions

WAITING! Just look at CT-10

I love this phone but I have to stop you. The recently released CT-10 (one model up) is so much better that you should at least consider it. That's about $40 more, but the improvements are huge. This is a good, inexpensive alternative that none of the competing models can compare to. However, the CT-10 has a much better battery life (5+ hours), a much smaller headset (less than a deck of cards), a headset holder on the base, a cable clip (otherwise the jack wears out). driving overtime) and…

Normal quality, but still quite comfortable!

I get stress injuries on my wrists all the time and usually spend two hours a day on the phone. Having a phone with a headset is immeasurably useful. The quality is okay, but worse than I would have expected from a 900Mhz phone. It has 40 channels and when I had problems (pretty serious noise) it fixed the channel switching issue. The volume of the caller is very good, better than with my other cordless phone. The mic is a bit too sensitive - I hear a lot of wind noise when walking at a normal…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

One of Plantronics' BEST phones!

As far as I know, the Plantronics CT-901 phone has been out of production for a long time. Still, I feel compelled to add my observations here for those who already own this phone and for those who might find and buy a used CT-901. I bought 2 of these phones in 2000 and then bought 4 more years later when Revane ordered them for only $40. All 6 still work perfectly (I gave 4 away to family members). I believe this particular model to be one of the best Plantronics models of its kind…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Out of fashion
