They arrived with the security ring already open.

The bottle says do not use if the safety ring is broken but all 3 bottles of this supposedly sterile product arrived with the safety rings open (they look like the white ring on a water bottle that you turn upside down to break the seal). Everything was rolled up and opened before I received the product so I am assuming it is no longer sterile which is disgusting for a product to get in your eyes!

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some errors

For scleral lenses for vision

The manufacturer recommends discarding the solution 15 days after opening. In my experience, one of these mini bottles lasts that long, so don't worry about the larger size; it is wasted. In addition, you can take one of them with you as hand luggage during the flight. Initially I used Simplus when installing lenses. But a new optometrist referred me to PuriLens, which is more convenient, just harder to find. I need to get it online.

SECURITY SEAL NOT UNDERSTOOD!

THE BOTTLE WAS NOT OPENED! If you try to squeeze the bottle, it should be unsuccessful. This indicates that the bottle has not been opened. The ring is to prevent the cap from being punctured all the way to the top of the bottle. You need to 1. remove the cap, then 2. remove the safety ring 3. put the cap on and twist until the tip inside the cap pierces the bottle. This will make the solution available to you. I almost threw away my three bottles thinking they were fake. I hope this helps…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled
