Description of 🔊 SVS Ultra Bookshelf Speakers - Piano Gloss Black (Pair) - Enhanced for SEO

Reference bookshelf speakers with flawless tonal balance, stunning dynamics, unveiled highs and amazing low frequency extension. The Ultra Bookshelf speakers perform in the echelon of the world’s finest audiophile and home theater loudspeakers, yet cost a fraction of the price. 6.5-inch mid-bass drivers feature composite glass-fiber cones that yield excellent stiffness to mass ratio for enhanced sensitivity and voicing that’s transparent and completely faithful to the source material. 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter is light, efficient, and rigid, and plays crystal clear at high volumes. The clarity offers a sense of transparency, while offering an ‘airy’ presentation so vocals, dialogue and musical content always sound crisp, smooth and natural. A proprietary SVS SoundMatch 2–way crossover enhanced by expertly refined topology ensures accurate frequency response and silky-smooth transitions between drivers as well as pinpoint imaging and phase coherency. Every feature on the Ultra Bookshelf speaker cabinet is designed with a sonic purpose in mind. Tapered edges on the cabinet’s front baffle, known as chamfers, minimize edge diffraction for clear and precise soundstaging. Internally, each cabinet employs separate sub-enclosures of the mid-bass driver and tweeter to optimize performance and minimize interaction between drive units. “Superb clarity, classy looks, a wide soundstage and an unbelievable low end. The SVS Ultra is the Best Bookshelf speaker under $1,000.” -TheMasterSwitch.

Precision at the expense of fun

Bought hoping they are KEF LS50 killers. Master Switch drew them as they were. But it wasn't a competition. Not even close. Aside from being bulky and unattractive, they were by far the most clinical speakers I've heard. How exactly. But if everything's electronic, Houston, we've got a problem. On a wide variety of materials - classical, rock, blues, jazz, folk and hip-hop - it never sounded like there was a favorite artist in my life. Room. At KEF, this is almost always the case. A plus is the

SVS Ultra hits the mark

I have tried or owned the following bookshelf speakers: LS-50, R3, BW 706 s2, BW 707 s2, Klipsch RP 600m. There were things I liked about everyone and other things I couldn't live with. The BWs were very clean and accurate, but sounded square, didn't sound very good, and lacked bass. They were much warmer and fuller, but lacked midrange detail and bass texture. Klipsch was great for the price, but I had to spend a little more and wanted to hear other options. I did some more reading and…

Costs money. - Home Audio

I used to have a Sony subwoofer and Klipsch L/C/R channels. Yes, they were good, but NEVER AS GOOD AS THESE SVS! Subwoofer SVS SB-2000. I have everything on Revain. Low frequencies are so clean and tight. The same goes for the mids, and the highs are smooth, clean, and clear. Yes these guys aren't cheap but as I will have them for 10 years or more they represent excellent value for money. Update, Stardate 06/03/20 The sticky plastic feet they supply are bad. When moving the speakers, one of…

Nice pair of small standalone speakers

These speakers pack amazing spectral and dynamic sound into a relatively small volume. The picture is fine, the large convergence was not significant. I raised them about 10 inches off the ground on Chinese aquarium stands, with round tempered glass over the speaker stands. I isolated them with felt stickers. They deliver enough bass to be used on their own and sound great. with the TV during regular shows, movies and during some commercial and broadcast graphic intros/outputs. They can break…

They Suck - Absolutely the Best Way!

They suck - yes they literally suck you in with their amazing sound. These speakers look fantastic! They are worth the asking price and compete with my KEF LS50s. These speakers sound amazing. / of high, middle and low frequencies. The vocals sound fantastic. They don't sound harsh at all! above) The finish is amazing! Even my wife likes them, they are not KEF and my Audioengione A5+ You can use them as studio monitors in the right place, they are SO BALANCED! Amazing soundstage! - The tweeter…
