I bought it to prototype a home media center with a RiPi 4 and so far so good - I'm having trouble getting the screen to build Android but I think it's because I have no idea what I'm doing do, and not the screen does not work properly.

It has a good PCB layout with USB touchscreen pins and I like the HDMI placement. The screen seems to have good viewing angles compared to others I've used.

That charming little screen is the best. The touchscreen works great and it was easy to 3D print the case for it. Thanks for attention.

I wanted to change or disable the uctronics logo that appears on the screen when it is first turned on. Their support told me I couldn't do it myself, they had to do it for me and the minimum order for a logo change was 1000 screens. The screen itself works fine but their support is terrible.

Better than many, but still can't produce true red. Red has a muted and slightly pink hue. The HDMI resolution is good. The weight!

This is a quality product. However, I would recommend a larger display as it is very difficult to read text on a 5 inch display.

This is a cheap little accessory that has worked flawlessly for me. Quality and viewing angles are as expected and definitely not as bad as some reviewers have complained. For the price and what I needed it couldn't have been better!

I use it as a second monitor for my laptop and it's a great cheap alternative. I have no idea how to get the touchscreen to work. All in all it's great for the value. Note that it has no back and is exposed but it should be as it is better suited for a Raspberry Pi.

I struggled with this thing for a few hours trying to get it to work with Octopi via Octodash, only to find out that the cable I was trying to use was a power-only cable. After replacing it with a cable out of the box, a real data cable, it worked and after seeing reviews that it only works with the cable that came with it, I tested it with some other known working cables and it still worked fine . I wanted to use this in my new PC build to monitor the system temperature but can't get a signal. I contacted UCTRONICS tech support and after two weeks of emailing back and forth suggesting that I try unplugging it and plugging it back in or asking one question at a time, they finally agreed that the sales team should contact me for a replacement. That was a few days ago and I didn't get an answer.

I have ordered this item twice. When it first came it worked well although obviously it's cheap quality but it's everything you'll find in cheap LCD screens so that's to be expected. It arrived and I plugged it in correctly, booted it up, nothing. Tried different settings, troubleshooting etc. Still no picture. Ordered a replacement and sent the first one back. The second came, still nothing. This item is junk and does not have proper quality control. Do not buy.
