You need that instead of the ### cheap junk at the truck stop.

Good solid antenna mount. Much better than the standard hex adapter that you pull the center out of when it never seems to tighten. Even better than Wilson's lollipops. Solid stainless steel. good piece Get one.

Don't buy them but they look very nice

Why? Who could design this so that it doesn't touch the pl259 connector. Haven't done it since then. If you buy this plan, make one change to make it work. For example, solder a pl259 tip so it can make contact. Just attempted to install today, finally put back the originals supplied by Kenworth.
