Made cheap.

I was expecting a different material. I didn't wear it in the rain because I didn't like the jacket at all. The color is beautiful, I particularly like the color. Very disappointed with the material in general!

absolutely waterproof!

When I received this I initially expected that the waist area would be tightened but it wasn't. So it's a bit baggy on me. Which I didn't mind because it allowed me to layer on the bottom however I wanted. But in terms of functionality, this thing exceeded all expectations! I needed an ultra light jacket that was easy to pack as I was going on a hike and flying there with carry on luggage. This jacket has kept me dry during tropical downpours in Costa Rica. Probably the best raincoat I've ever had!

I love this rain jacket. It can be packed, it is easy to fold, and it is a small bag for things. It's so light I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. The hood is big enough to cover your head but not so big that it obstructs your vision, which is definitely an issue in most situations. Can you call a plastic raincoat soft? This. This review is dedicated to the ACEVOG women's raincoat, a compact, lightweight, waterproof rain jacket. This is a cute light colored bubblegum pink raincoat. The material is water-resistant and thin enough to fold into the included 5" x 7" pouch. No raincoat! for jackets and coats

Don't call a coat a raincoat if it can't be worn in the rain. If you wear this "raincoat" in a typical Florida downpour, you'll be disappointed if you get completely soaked! The purpose of a raincoat in the rain is so you don't get wet under your raincoat. This coat can withstand only light fog and a few menacing raindrops, but not real torrential downpour.
