Useless! Best scanners in the document scanner category

I use the 665 and it works great. Bought two 667s and both continue to have problems (loss of power or reported connection problems). All DOcketports are on computers of the same brand, same operating systems, same physical USB ports, and same service types. From what other readers are saying, it seems like the manufacturer has a 'physical' issue with the connector causing it not to fit/connect properly. I wrote to the manufacturer and received no reply. that's a bad sign! Until this problem is

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Useless functions

Scrap Office Electronics

I ordered this for my assistant to help him with a big business card scanning project and the quality was terrible. I think you get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Factor Set

Nice little scanner (driver's license

Nice little scanner (driver's license, insurance card, business card) you and normal 4 inch scan photos (?) but I don't know what quality you get considering the price and Based on our company's needs, this was a good purchase. Drivers are very easy to find on the DocketPort website if needed.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

So far it works great.

We use this to scan insurance cards. Scans quickly, even in color. It works great so far. It's been installed for over a month now.

Pros
  • USB-POWERED CONVENIENCE: Because it's powered by your computer's USB port, you'll never have to hunt for an outlet or carry around a bulky power adapter again.
Cons
  • Minor issues

The scanner works great. The reason I couldn't bet 5.

Scanner is working properly. The reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because there were no calibration sheets in the scanner. Besides, he did well.

Pros
  • WIDE COMPATIBILITY: The included TWAIN driver offers compatibility with thousands of software applications and hardware systems.
Cons
  • Annoying

Nice and Small (Driver's License

Nice and Small (driver's license, insurance card, business card) scanner. They will also scan a regular 4" (?) photo but I don't know what quality you will get from them. For the price and our company's needs this was a good buy. Drivers are very easy to find on the DocketPort website if needed.

Pros
  • SCAN DIRECTLY TO PDF: The included DocketScan imaging software allows users to scan directly to the industry standard PDF.
Cons
  • Some bugs

Works well but has some quirks

I just received it yesterday and so far I'm happy with the product. I'm a youth minister and I take minors on various trips so I need scans of things like insurance cards and I've tried to use a copier in an office a long way from our youth room. It seemed like a good option. It's fairly cheap and you get what you pay for, but once it's set up the scans are crisp and I can read the information on the cards. There are two features to be aware of. 1) It needs to be calibrated to get a clear…

Pros
  • SUPER COMPACT FOCUS: About the size of a stapler, the DP667 takes up much less space than a flatbed scanner.
Cons
  • Contact seller
