Aveda Scalp Remedy Dandruff Solution Review

I've tried more brands of dandruff shampoo over the years than I can remember (from cheapest to most expensive, most natural to most chemicals) and this one despite it not being a shampoo , was the only product that actually (significantly) reduced my chronic stubborn dandruff. Didn't solve the problem but more importantly ended up with an itchy scalp that was a lot more uncomfortable than the dandruff itself. Thanks Aveda, keep it up!

This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser and when it arrived I reached out and it was everywhere. If I selected 'Return or Replacement' then this item is non-refundable. Be careful when buying because $32 for a 4 ounce product that probably has 2 ounces left when it arrives isn't worth it. 😑

At one point Aveda changed this product from a creamy liquid to a watery liquid and completely changed the result for me. All I need is a small amount of cream when my scalp is itchy and it stays free for days when I need it. It doesn't even last all day. And when I contacted Aveda about the product, they didn't answer.

Bought for my son who was suffering from seborrheic dermatitis with lots of scaly scales (ANSWER!). Used after shampooing, it only took about a week to fully clear. And it has a very pleasant smell.

I couldn't live without this stuff. It's a lifesaver that allows me to use the shampoo and conditioner that's good for my hair instead of what's good for my scalp. This is how I have healthy hair and my scalp doesn't itch!
