Bought to replace my side mirrors that caused.

Bought to replace my side mirrors that were causing a blind spot. There was no metal bar running across the front of the wagon. I managed to attach it to my 2006 club car by drilling a hole in the plastic rib under the roof. It vibrates when driving on the road, but can detect vehicles approaching from behind. The photo shows the bracket before the mirror was attached to show how I connected to the rib. Fixed the blind zone issue.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Having problems

best mirror Tried Several

I had a full panorama mirror with something like stair steps, and one of the approx 18" diameter with a curve and side mirrors. Viewing mirror is much better. The first mirror kept spinning too much. The second rattled which was a bit annoying (6ft 7 "). This mirror stays in place and has a solid swivel mechanism, so once you've placed it, it stays there.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Why have we waited so long?

I've had my eye on the rear-view mirror for a long time. We were between this one and one of the longest. At least to get a little on the side. Well I finally ordered this one. It was very easy to install. Hubby removed the 2 screws from the top, drilled two 1/4" holes in the frame and screwed in the self tapping screws and voila! This little mirror is amazing! You see from behind, the passengers, yourself, everything on the sides .That's all we need to make our travels safer.I highly recommend

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Retrofittable

Good mirror with some flaws

For the price this is a good wide angle mirror. I only have two complaints.1. When this mirror is mounted on a lever and the lever is attached to the golf cart roof, there is a lot of vibration from the roof to the mirror. This causes some problems when trying to see something from the mirror when it is vibrating.2. I had to move this mirror all the way up onto the mounting arm due to its size. I felt like it blocked part of my field of vision when driving a golf cart. I have used low travelโ€ฆ

Works well on mirrors

My car is a 2015 efi i3 Gas Club Car. i3 means that there is a console on the front of the cart roof that is used to host a computer display for the clubhouse's GPS system and to track the carts around the golf course. This ad has been removed. However, it was perfect for attaching this rear view mirror. I couldn't use the pre-drilled holes on the mirror mount because they were too far apart. I just drilled some holes to match these mounting holes and also bought 2 longer M6 bolts for mounting.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Used in Bobcat and John Deere

I bought 3 of these mirrors. I installed one on a Bobcat 863 and the other two on a John Deere 4850. I bent the bracket 90 degrees on all three. On the Bobcat I had to drill holes in the plastic header. The mirror is a little in the way when I go in, but it's easy to avoid when I go out. Probably because I'm standing in front of him so I can see him. They have worked brilliantly for John Deere. The holes lined up perfectly with some of the holes in the head fairing. I removed the two screws inโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Expensive

proverb applies. MEASURE UP!

First of all, this mirror is great. It's a lot better than the slim laminated golf cart mirror we had on our EZ-GO. It doesn't vibrate and stays in place. The view is great and way better than the original. No complaints here. I would like to warn you before installing. Before using the 1/4" drill according to the instructions, make sure which screws/bolts you will be using. For those of you who own TXT golf carts and may need to use self-tapping screws, note that the 1/4" hole may be tooโ€ฆ
