Used for many applications. However, at this price point I would expect it to be possible to upgrade the software or at least add more characters. It's not a cheap product considering you're just buying a "ticket" into their ecosystem where you have to buy label cartridges to keep using them.

Don't waste your time on fakes. Get a quality Brother product that will last for years. I have other Brother label printers and a few at work that we use and abuse and they just keep working. BIG FAN! I like that it uses removable batteries. Being able to scale the text to fit what you type is also great. I have black, white and clear labels that I use all the time. I use this almost daily.

I have used Brother label makers for 17 years. Older machines used less waste at the ends of the labels. This is the first expensive machine I have bought labeller data installation, we service and repair data cables and device installations, this device works great with almost no waste, rechargeable battery or you can use regular AA, wide range of label sizes and colors, even Shrink labels that are bad Part was the hard case is useless, it is disposable and price aside I would recommend this…
