Bought for Christmas and the bag was very stained and looked like it had been used. The bag itself was cute and arrived just in time for Christmas but the stains ruined it.

The rough front line cannot be seen in the product photos and detracts from the attractive design. A crease on the back - is it damage, possibly in transit? The general appearance of the wallet differs slightly from that in the photo.

Beautiful bag, I really like the design and it is very fashionable. My problem was that the tape was never sent to me. You must have forgotten it and I've had no luck finding a replacement so unfortunately I never got around to using it. Maybe one day!

I think for the price it's definitely 5 stars as they say "you get what you paid for" so you can't due to the straps carrying too much fell apart but luckily my mum has a sewing machine so they fixed it quickly and the inside is very cheaply made but I mean the price makes up for it but overall the bag has gotten a lot of compliments.

I've been using this bag for about a year and it remains in pretty good condition. It's not particularly spacious, but it contains everything I could need. One issue to note is that small items (like lip balm) can fall out if the purse is placed on its side or upside down. Overall the quality is pretty good and the design is fantastic and has received a lot of compliments.

Arrived a little warped from travel but quickly took on the perfect shape shown above. I think I ended up going large and I'm glad I did. This bag is perfect for a day when I do whatever I need to do and has everything I need (no extra stuff like my other handbag). I wish the strap was a bit longer, but that's because I like to wear it across my body, not just on one shoulder. I highly recommend this bag to all Sailor Moon fans :)

The wallet is larger than I expected which is very valuable. The ears are a bit flimsy but I think weighing them down will help straighten them. My only complaint is not with the seller but with whoever was involved in the delivery. I was expecting the package to be delivered to my door but instead found it jammed in the mailbox.
