This technique worked for me.

If you know how to use them, they work very well. Heat them in boiling water for a few seconds, quickly shake off any drips that are stuck to them and insert the mouthguard into your mouth (use common sense if it seems too hot for you). that she is very hot, too hot. I think this works best if you create a vacuum effect in your mouth by pressing the back of the mouthguard against your teeth with your tongue and pressing your lips against the front of the mouthguard with your fingers. When the…

Works great if you follow the instructions.

They fit me perfectly. I followed the advice of other reviewers. Boil water and then pour it into a cup. Hold the mouthpiece against your tongue and immerse it in hot water. Do not keep it in water for more than 6-8 seconds. Once you see it sag slightly, pull it out, let the water drain out for a second, and then put it in your mouth, biting your teeth and sucking in your cheeks. This gives it the shape of your teeth. But it's important to understand that this isn't the same as a custom-made…

Not sure what's going on

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I've used these guys before with no problems. I turned off the water for a few seconds, sucked the air out, pulled it out, and my gums started bleeding profusely, leaving bruises. I have no idea what happened. Also hardly made an indentation for the front teeth. I tried again for the bottom teeth. No weird bleeding or bruising but only the back 4 teeth are slightly dented. I used them on a new whitening paste so I'm guessing it "worked" but is still confusing…

A little hot water and common sense are all you need

They are as good as or better than any bowl I've used over the years. You need very hot water, but not boiling water, so 140-150 degrees will do. Leave on briefly, then place in mouth to shape, repeat until shape is right. I use hot tap water and fill the glass 3/4 full, adding ONE part to the water. While it's there, I boil the water in the kettle, then fill up the glass and stir with the tray. This will bring the already hot sheet to the right temperature for forming. Doing this 2 or 3 times…

TRASH - TRYING SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS CAN'T COOK MY TEETH

It was absolute rubbish. I've watched countless videos (including yours) with tips and tricks and how to shape them into your teeth and they didn't match my tooth shape. They are too fat and just awful. I've tried various ways including the recommended ones, dipping the same ones back in to try and improving their shape, trying new ones, using objects to press the tray into the shape of my teeth and getting them to seat my teeth better to shape, use hotter water, use colder water by cutting…

Enough for the whole family! Or a lifetime supply! Rzhunimagu!

Wow, that's like a lifetime supply! I bought a whitening kit a year and a half ago and the syringes are still there so my husband wanted to whiten his teeth too. I took a chance on them because they were cheap and I figured if we screwed one up there would be so many others to get it right. Well, if you follow the instructions, it's very easy. Boil water in a measuring cup in the microwave. Then he dipped the tray in water for a few seconds, took it out, shook it, put it in his mouth and sucked

These trays are great, but DO NOT boil them.

Works great when done right. These trays are made from a very soft, pliable material. When immersed in water that is boiling or boiling almost instantly, the shell shrinks almost instantly, rendering it unusable. I followed the directions of several previous reviewers, which basically said: Fill a measuring glass with water and microwave for about two or three minutes, depending on your microwave's power - *remember- hot, not boiling, water. * Soak a bath in hot water for about six seconds…

They worked perfectly on the first try!

They fit me perfectly and I got a good tray set on the first try. I first bought the non-peroxide whitening product Shine Whitening that came with the splint set. I've never tried whitening my teeth and the instructions that came with the kit weren't very good. This set looked quite deformed. Once the plastic stuck together, it was impossible to disassemble. I ordered this set to try again and got a good set of trays on the first try. I filled a glass measuring cup with water and microwaved it…
