Almost an apartment fire!

Our house almost caught fire, be careful! The plastic element that the lightbulb is screwed into became very hot, the lightbulb exploded and the pendant light collapsed. Glass is everywhere. Melting plastic in the plug. I used a low power LED bulb.

I strongly advise you to stay away from this product and this company!

Arrived with cracked/broken side. Read other 1-2 star reviews. like a trend. JACKYLED is very disappointing. This is my second product from JACKYLED and unfortunately I am 0/2. Companies don't care what experiences you have had with their products or their company. They also do not endorse their products. I strongly recommend staying away from this product.

great product solid company rating

it is well built and the switch is clearly solid. BUT, UNIT RATED POWER 660W, but SWITCH 3A at 125V, for about 350W, NOT 660W. I also sent ADENDUM a comment to the seller, I informed the company about the rating of the switch, they edited the description. HUGE customer response. And great product. If you use LED lights with it, you will probably never have problems with excessive energy consumption anyway.

Highly recommended! - Light Sockets

I really like these light extensions and they fit what I needed them for perfectly. I attached these lampshades and together they make a great modern look! I've read a lot of reviews about switch placement issues, but since I use smart bulbs this wasn't an issue for me. The chord was also longer than I expected, so the length was definitely not an issue for me if I wanted it a little shorter. Overall a great product for the price.

Very happy with the results, but beware of little people.

We don't have a center light in our bedroom and that allowed us to pretend we did! I have to say the location of the switch is incredibly annoying as it is so close to the lamp socket. Hanging it from the ceiling meant I had to ask my friend (who is a lot taller than me) to turn it on and off for us as I just can't reach that height. There is another model with a different style of switch that is closer to the plug than the bulb socket. If I could do an overhaul, I'd probably do it instead toโ€ฆ

Works great, wish it had multiple connectors

This is a great little pendant light at an affordable price, especially if that's all you need. bare pear and all. However, if you are hanging the cord from the ceiling, you will need a chain to prevent damage. The included hooks do this, but I'm concerned that the wiring inside might get damaged. If so, I'm not worried about that since it's so cheap. However, if you want to attach an umbrella or something similar, it is safer to use a chain. Aside from that, you'll need some sort of installerโ€ฆ
