A MUST if you still use fabric softener or dryer sheets!

I already have my set and have had it for almost a year, they are still valid! I have bought 4 more for our adult children who love them too! The idea of no longer having to use chemical fabric softeners is very appealing. You can't believe there is no static and the clothes are so soft. A few drops of lavender oil on a ball when drying sheets is amazing! You will not be disappointed with this purchase as you will save money by not buying fabric softener!

They're great for fluffing up a duvet or sleeping bag

The balls are bigger and heavier than I thought (they're about the size of a tennis ball and a bit heavier). The dryer is a little noisy, but it's not critical. They seem to let the clothes dry a little faster and prevent them from sticking together. With their help, you can fluff up a duvet or sleeping bag. They don't seem to add static electricity to clothing (although I've heard a metal clothespin works pretty well). I would try dripping a few drops of essential oil into them.

  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

Tumbling balls do the trick!

I hate smelly chemical dryer sheets so they work. If you need scent, you can use a few sachets of lavender (I use Trader Joe's) tossed in the dryer with the balls. After a while they will bunch up a bit (bags) so you can open them, spread lavender buds on rugs, suck them up to freshen the air and your vacuum bag. Balls of wool tumble silently, unlike rubbery, spiky dryer shapes like cute hedgehogs (I bought them first). I don't think they perform better because of the spikes. There's a bit more

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
