Yes, it works with HD 39mm fork nuts. A quality little head to keep in a tool box when rebuilding 39mm Harley-Davidson fork tubes. But if you're already watching it, you probably know what you're doing.

Does exactly what you need. The guys on You Tube are crying it's too 2 hours to get the fork caps back off. One of them and a ratchet and both took me 15 minutes. I generally had chrome or blue anodized with it. It would be sexier.

Excellent quality easy to use the only reason I give 3 is because I have to order twice because the first time they never send it I have to request a refund so I can get it again lose some time but other than that it's great.

This is a really great little socket. It fits perfectly and makes tightening the fork caps a lot easier without leaving any marks. You'll have to remove the headlight bracket and handlebars on older Dynas and Sportsters to use the tool properly, but that's no big deal. I can highly recommend this remedy.

If you're trying to work with your forks, this tool is a must. You can remove it with a wrench; Good luck getting it back! You still need to get a lever to compress the spring. Great tool, pays for itself and will save you hundreds of dollars making your own fork and bushing oil!
