Description of New Generation PS0523 Pre Filled Hydraulic

In order to reduce and downtime in difficult-to-bleed applications, AMS Automotive offers pre-filled clutch hydraulic systems. Fully bled system includes a master cylinder and slave cylinder, connected by the hydraulic line. No additional components are required. Pre-Filled Systems. Applications: Designed for applications that typically include a pedal pulsation damper, but usually don't include a conventional bleed screw. The design of these components makes conventional bleeding difficult and time consuming. Late model hydraulic systems require a variety of complex bleed procedures. Obtaining this information is challenging, and properly bleeding these systems is even more difficult. The bleed procedure on a dry system can take an hour or more. The pre-filled system reduces shop time and eliminates .

Purchase a higher quality item.

This lasted 8 months and did less than 5,000 miles before it broke down. Only lasted 8 months because I stopped driving the truck a lot when it got spongy.

New clutch cylinders for my Dodge

Bought for my 2004 RAM 1500 4x4 4.7L. When it arrived I thought it was missing the starter enable switch on the master cylinder, but turns out you have to remove the old slide switch from the old master cylinder and reuse it. Here is a great video showing the removal and installation process. [.]

It works AND appears to be built much the same as the original except for a few areas. I'm concerned with the plastic pusher and bracket to install the slave into the bell body. I can ignore the plastic because it's probably fine. But what really annoys me is that the damn thing makes quite a lot of noise (heard in the video). I mean I might need to break it in or do it a favor or it might calm down on its own but hearing that every time I change gears gets on my nerves! It's kind of…
