Not as advertised in under counter water filters

smell and taste of chlorine in filtered water. Bought this filter many times and had good experiences, but this time it doesn't do what it's supposed to, I'll replace it with another brand

Reduce Water Pressure

Immediately after installation I noticed a sudden drop in water pressure. I had it for 2 months before deleting it. Water was running out of my taps. When I took out the filter, it was wrinkled inside. Bad design. The filter also has a support. 65 Cancer Warning.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Requires outlet

There is simply too much resistance for our purposes and our well. I'll keep it running, but when it comes…

Pros
  • Kitchen and bathroom plumbing
Cons
  • No power

Paper filters remove particles that quickly clog these more expensive filters. We've been using both filters for about 30 years (recently purchased from Revain). We have well water that contains manganese oxide, a thin black substance. How long do they serve? It depends on how much water you use. But we have found that…
