I used to glue mouthguards to my teeth so I had no problems! Boil the water and use the handle to submerge the entire tray underneath until it softens. Once it softens (you'll see it start to tremble), place it on your teeth, bite down (comfortably), close your lips, and suck the air out of your mouth. If they don't stick to your teeth and still look like a splint, you probably haven't softened them enough and can try again! Make the top and bottom separate. Hope that helps!

I read the reviews before ordering and I knew there were no instructions with them. But different reviews had different suggestions as to how hot they should be cooked, how long they were hot etc. I ended up leaving mine in hot water for too long and ruined two of them. The third spare part is not good as I need two of them. I still need them but will try to order a brand that comes with detailed instructions.

I thought it was a good deal but I should have bought a better one. Will buy better for the next round of whitening. The first shell collapsed completely two seconds after being lowered into the water. Next time I pulled it out in 4 seconds and it folded itself up, stuck and was a mess too. I'm doing my first treatment as I write this review and I hope everything comes out white. Like a prayer with crossed fingers. I'm not sure about this product.

I bought them from two sources and got the same mouthpieces. There is no difference between the manufacturers that I see in my small sample. blind her by the teeth.
