🎨 Tandy Leather Eco-Flo Leather Dye in Dark Mahogany - 4.4 fl. oz. (132 ml), Item No. 2600-08 Review

Painted on my mother's old cosmetic bag; at least 50 years old. It was BORN! This color covered all the imperfections well after two coats. Then I renewed the leather with a lanolin-based softener and polished it with a clean cotton cloth. It looks like new!

This color will only work on raw leather. I knew about this when I bought it - there are millions of small tears on my leather chair that looked white and spoiled the look of the chair. This dye is absorbed and darkens the cracks. In addition, a polish for highly polished surfaces will help restore the good looks of the old chair.

This product worked very well. I tried one of the leather repair kits but the color wasn't the same as this dye which gave a very rich color. I used it to paint the pockets on my pool table that were getting scratched. It looks very finished and I had a few additions to how the bags looked after they were painted.

, I had a pair of brown shoes that were brand new but there was a dark spot on the front of each shoe. They took it to a shoe repair shop and said it was impossible to dye it. Ha! Found this product and thought it would help. It was like this. Oh I wish it was a bit lighter but the shade is what I wanted. Easy to use but wear plastic gloves.
