The faucet and drain are well made and easy to install. There were no installation instructions and the faucet did not clearly indicate which connection was hot or cold. The base is cheap and has a very thin finish, so it's easy to scratch if you let the top move during installation. When connecting the cold and hot water hoses to the mixing head, I didn't notice any markings, color coding or other differences. Functionally it doesn't matter as you can swap them out at the inlet. The fitting is a beautiful thing. The retractable drain also looks good. But. Since I'm not in the US, the port sizes are different. And although the threaded pipes came with an adapter, that didn't fit either. I had to replace the threaded pipes with local ones.
