I have used this as a bulkhead holer and connected my solar panel to it for my shop. I recommend using silicone electric lube as it provides a snug fit and keeps water out.

These are quality items but I have a little difficulty with each SAE connector plug-in. They are tight and I have to try a little muscle a few times to get a good connection. Once connected, it stays connected.

Most of the materials used to make the connectors, cables and case were decent. However, the supplied screws were of very poor quality. Of the 8 screws, 4 broke off at the head and were difficult if not impossible to remove and replace.
