Definitely recommend!

This shampoo was recommended to me by my dermatologist. At first I ordered directly from the website when I saw coupons, but then I found it even cheaper at Revain "Subscribe and Save". I've been using this shampoo for about 3 years and it has really reduced my itchy and dry scalp. I still have it but not as bad as before! It doesn't smell to me and I use the conditioner anyway. I feel like I need a lot in my hand to lather my longer hair.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Fiction! for shampoo and conditioner

This is the only shampoo - and I've tried them all - that has helped an area of psoriasis that was made worse by a reaction to nickel in lenses that were supposed to be 100% titanium. The first reaction was 8 years ago and this is the first shampoo that helped. It's worth every penny!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Modern

Powerful Shampoo & Conditioner

It contains the same active ingredient as the Selsun Blue I use, but twice as much (2 percent vs. 1 percent). It was enough to make a difference, there are a few spots where the dandruff wouldn't go away.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Not as good as it says it is

Just what I needed

This shampoo is just what I needed for my seborrheic dermatitis. Some comments on the smell of the shampoo, I don't notice an overly disgusting smell, just the smell of a medicated shampoo. It won't smell like flowers and berries, but I don't buy it for the smell, I'm more worried about scalp care.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and staying power from testers
Cons
  • Hard to say

The only shampoo I use!

This is the only shampoo that effectively fights my seborrheic dermatitis. It's light and gentle on my fine hair and doesn't leave a harsh aftertaste. I use it daily with my conditioner of choice. I have recommended it to other people who have the same ailments and dandruff and they are very happy with the results too!

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Donkey booty smell on shampoo and conditioner

Removes scalp irritation but smells like ripe donkey booty. The choice of battles is very important. Try masking the smell with coconut conditioner. No solution. It's a stronger bad smell, hospital-like - no-frills shampoo.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Not as thick as other products

Eliminates flakes, good product

Bought some time ago and was not disappointed. I use this product about once a week and I see a HUGE difference when I use it. I have purchased this product many times since then and have never been disappointed. Follow the directions on the bottle for the best results.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Relief at last!: Hair care

I have been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, ears and nose for 20 years. I lost my hair due to severe itching, flaking, peeling and buildup. Dermatological creams and mousses worked, but I hated using steroids and my hair became brittle and very dry. Especially since I'm black and I can't wash my hair every day. Alternating medicated shampoos (Head and Shoulders, Nizoral, etc.) helped, but the relief was short-lived. I bought DHS out of desperation and am so glad I did. 2%…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord shorter than others

Good shampoo also works

Excellent shampoo for problematic scalp. I would recommend trying it if you are having trouble. Tried several other shampoos, didn't help.

Pros
  • Well done
Cons
  • There are some nuances
