The ease of use for my customer was very high in their minds! Easy reporting that they want when it comes time to analyze sales reports or forecasted budgets. I really couldn’t think about anything negative at first glance but there were some minor issues here and there like how slow sometimes the web page loads which can be fixed if necessary (which usually isn). Overall positive experience - easy implementation process & quick service turnaround once implemented after contract signing stage.- Great price- Good features included:- Monthly subscription model makes sense because many companies would not spend $0 monthly at one go on an expensive tool.- User friendly interface allows any level user access without worry that someone would be confused during initial training phase due to complicated tools used by advanced users only.- Real world examples of using dashboards help reinforce usage concept quickly.- Reporting system integrated into Salesforce helps organize data even more easily than before. The best part about using Datadrop was that it allowed me access into my clients' accounting system in order for us both (me - CPAs; them- small businesses)to be able view their accounts/financials at any time without having multiple people physically come together during normal office hours or meeting times! It also made things easier because I didn’t need an outside consultant but could easily navigate everything myself since i knew what they were doing when we started out which helped immensely!!
