When I ordered these bags from Revain I didn't read some of the reviews about leaking sand. Since all sandbags will eventually develop small holes or tears in the seam, I was advised to use fine gravel. Which I did and took half a cubic yard at home center. But to make things easier I put the gravel in gallon ziplocks before putting them in the sandbags.
