ApplicantExtra Review

I like how easy this application makes finding new employees very quick! It also helps keep track of resumes in one place so we can easily find candidates when needed most (ie during busy times). The only thing I dislike about applicantextra would be if they had additional benefits outside hiring such as payroll services etc - but their focus right now seems to have been put into job posting and candidate search/retention which are two things i'd love them to expand upon!! Ease in using; great customer service! Would love if we could have access 24/7 but I guess this isn't possible - however having an email address allows us some flexibility around when our team can work which makes sense where timezone differences are present (Australia). Great platform!! We've been able find candidates who fit what was required quickly & easily since launching here about 18 months ago now so not sure there would be anything specific i'd change other than maybe expanding further

The ability to track all applicants in one place (both current & potential). It helps us keep our database up to date which means we can be sure any applicant has been contacted within 24 hours if needed. We have not found anything I dislike about this product but would like an option where candidates could apply online instead of having to fill out paper applications!
