Convenient tool to contact colleagues virtually

The ability for us as marketers at our organization, which is an insurance carrier with over 100 locations in multiple states across three different countries/regions - Canada & US / UK markets),to reach out directly via SMS or email when there are issues that need attention from local employees was very convenient! I never had any problems reaching someone within my team who could help me resolve something quickly so it worked great!! Not much but what we needed really helped during this…

BlueDOT is a very helpful software that combines everything in one platform

The ability to pull in all your data from other platforms into one place is my favorite part about this platform. Also, pulling info through the data API can be tricky but overall it's great software! Definitely worth looking into for any company that has multiple marketing/productivity apps on their desktops. This combined with hubspot/outlook makes getting work done efficient. HubSpot integration - all information pulled together so we don't have to search two systems if possible. I like how…

The ability for users to connect with other people in similar businesses is great! I like that we can see who likes our Facebook posts, etc., but also what type of business they are in or if it's possible to build connections between them as well. It would be nice if there was more room to write longer comments and have an easier way to send messages back once you've received one from someone else. We haven't been able to use this feature at all yet because we don't actually know anyone within…
