Tip: Pull excess back through buckle to keep Cub Scout loops in place. It's a long strap and my 6 year old tiger cub has it almost wrapped around it twice - it would hide his adventure loops but someone gave me the tip I mentioned and it helped. High quality nylon webbing.

This belt is very long so I cut it to fit my 8 year old. We use it for Scout belt loops and it's the perfect size. Everything seems pretty solid and the fabric doesn't fray where I cut it. If I didn't cut it it would probably be the perfect size for a teen or skinny teen.

This strap is very durable and will last a long time. I bought this to use with my son's Boy Scout uniform. The shade of blue fits perfectly! It was very easy to remove the buckle and eyelet and replace them with those on his "official" scout belt. I was also able to trim it to the right length very easily. It was one of the few belts that fit the width of his scout's belt loops. I left the length a little long for him to use for his remaining years of scouting.
