    They are really wide

    Needed wide ones, we got that, they seem very wide but my scout son is very happy with them. Immediately went camping and camping in 19 degrees Fahrenheit, no break in time and kept him warm.

    Do not buy from boys

    This item looks good but the quality is very poor. The son has used these boots several times and now as you can see in the photo the front of the boot has come loose. I expected more from this brand. It's not cheap either. I want to return them.

    The forefoot isn't wide enough for my son

    Very nice and light boot. Had to go back because the sock wasn't wide enough for my son; He has very wide, oddly shaped feet, and finding boots for him is almost impossible. Normal feet will be happy in these boots.

    Boys love boys' boots

    My son was so excited to get these boots. He wears them every day! He says these are the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn! He went to the subway park and walked on the sand to "test how waterproof they are." You worked great until he fell! I think it's not waterproof at the top 😅. Children are fun and not boring!

    Buyer Warning! The best hiking shoes

    1. When the shoes arrived they were packaged in a VANS shoe box, not a Columbia shoe box.2. The shoes had a distinct used odor.3. The toes of the shoes have diverged as shown in Photo 4. The shoes have clearly been "touched up" with paint as can be seen in the third photo. This order was returned because the shoes were not new. I paid for new, unused shoes. False advertising at its finest.

    Laces vary from pictures

    One of the reasons I bought this particular boot is because the photos show an elastic lace that pulls properly. The boots we received have regular light yellow laces. If I had known that beforehand, I would have bought another pair. They are true to size and so am I. Says they are comfortable. We have woods and merrills of the same size. I hope that this brand is comparable to others

    My child is very picky about shoes. You couldn't intentionally ruin them faster if you tried. That's great. He wore them all year round. You look great after all this time! In fact, he only chose this pair of shoes because all the other sneakers and sandals fell apart. So he wears these hiking shoes to school, to the beach, to the park, etc. I love these shoes and will definitely buy the next size up if he needs them!

    I don't know what's going on in the shoe industry but this is the second big disappointment I've had with big brand sneakers, the second was Merrell. . It's like they make their hiking shoes out of cheap, fake, flimsy rubber material that looks more like a rubber boot than a hiking boot. Oddly enough, when you walk in them, the shoe curves right above the laces and rests on the toes. I have a very similar model (Newton Ridge) in real leather, I like them a lot and I thought they were similar…

    Best Blister Free Hiking Shoe

    I love these sneakers! We walk 6 miles in and out of our camp once a week and since my son bought these shoes my son can walk all the way by himself. This is the first pair of shoes that don't hurt my feet after the first kilometer. They do not slip on stone and wood. They are not waterproof at all. Even walking on grass with dew will get your toes wet. I apply mink oil on them and it works great. They are true to size which means they are not easy to put on but once you have them on they are…
