Very buggy software - will make you want buy an email marketing platform

The ability to track and manage customer communications. Also the ability to create and send automated emails. It is a great way to keep in touch with customers and prospects. It is not very easy to use for the first time. It is not very intuitive. The customer service is very poor. I have been trying to use eConnect Email for almost a year now and I have only been able to send out a few emails. I have been told that it is a great tool but there are so many bugs that it is not usable. I would…

Easier way manage client email accounts

I like that it's easy for me as an admin of my clients account just to get into their inboxes without having them log in or anything! It feels more secure than using gmail with pop-up windows all over the place lol but i do love how simple this program makes managing multiple companies emails so much easier!! Nothing really at first glance though maybe if you're not familiar yet - be prepared because when you go through training they teach you pretty quickly what everything does haha. Just…

Overall good alternative to outlook and other email clients

Easy access from anywhere in web page with mobile app; easy search of emails by dates or subjects etc.; quick response when there's an issue that needs your attention instantly ; multiple folders/labels option for keeping different types info as I need them.- very slow loading time during searches- could be simpler UI so less options would help! it takes some learning but overall this program has been great thus far especially since i have many employees working remotely who uses their…

Great program for keeping up with emails

The best thing about this program is that it allows me to keep up with my emails. I can also use it for work as well as personal emails. It's great if you need to be in contact with multiple people at once. There are some features that could use an update. For example, when I go into my contacts list, sometimes it takes a while to see all of them. Also, there are times where the program will not open after a few days of being closed. Great Contact Management Software - Loads fast & Easy

I like that it has everything you need in one place. It makes sending out emails easy with all of your contacts already loaded into the program. The only thing i dislike about this product is how slow it can be sometimes when loading up new emails or even just searching for something. Make sure you have enough space available because it does take time to load up but once its ready to go it's great!
