I used these scouring pads to clean the tan leather seats in my 12 year old Thunderbird. I have tried different leather cleaners and nothing has helped to remove the dirt from the tiny cracks in the leather. The sponges worked surprisingly well. They fall apart a little quicker than brand name sponges but at this price I just used one on a leather chair and threw it away. My seats look better than they did in 5 years.

I've been using them for work all summer. You were wonderful. But the last package I ordered was terrible. All my colleagues also noticed that the erasers just fell apart and disintegrated the very first time they were used. One eraser used to be enough for several bathrooms, but the last pack must have broken or been changed because I'm going back to Mr. Clean. I can't waste time swapping out the eraser in every sink. They tore and tore leaving pieces and they fell apart and they were awful.

When we researched why Mr. Clean are so effective, we were amazed. We've used them on so many things from floors to quick cleans to patio furniture, and we've spent a lot on them, as has the Walmart brand. We then learned that we could make our own sponge-based, but given the time it took to conveniently order magic cleaning sponges in bulk, it wasn't difficult. They arrived within 2 days, are thicker and work in every way. We are also happy to support small family businesses!

Works with all melamine sponges but they have the added benefit of being thicker and stronger than the regular size so I'm sure individual sponges will last longer. Along with all the other treats, they're great for cleaning up dog balls that sometimes have a hard-to-remove coating. I've also used them as wrapping material when sending someone a small fragile gift, but I include a note in case the recipient doesn't realize it's not regular foam!
