Works great on my Sundowner 2 bumper Escape door bumper dry rotted. I took the old one off and put the new one on. Very light and keeps the door open in strong gusts of wind!

Fits perfectly, lucky just replaced the rubber cap/women and everything was fine, almost lost the back pad, the loss could have been 350.00, her work great with a good tight fit, like the factory.

Well made but too difficult to remove once repaired. I rotated the bushing in the lathe chuck and ground the inside diameter slightly larger with a diamond grinding tool until I loosened it to the way I wanted it. Lubricate it with a safe rubber lube, but just a little.

Used this on the front door of my ultra light van to keep it open. I like that he holds the door open without opening it. It has too much holding power for my door, I had to grind the plunger a little and lubricate the rubber part to get it to open properly.

I did not use it for the door part. I used it as a bumper for a belt tensioner in my swamp cooler. The original part was worn out and the manufacturer stopped making parts. The male part of this assembly is what I needed. I give it a high rating for abuse.

I may have received a defective device, but it didn't work the first time I used it. The door stopped and held perfectly, but when the door closed it just pulled the entire rubber latch out of its bracket. Very disappointed. I ordered this a while ago to replace an existing one as it no longer holds the door. Just finished painting the trailer and installing the door holder. I think I'll look elsewhere for a better quality door hanger.

Although it may seem a little pricey for what it is, it is well worth the money spent lest it make it worse when my horse trailer locker room keeps closing, while I'm trying to pick up my horse. I bought a really nice used trailer but the doorstops are worn out. I think the Sundowner parts warehouse is closed due to supply chain. . . so i found this one. I didn't use screws; I used bolts from previous worn parts and they fit perfectly. So happy!

Purchased for my RV folding doors. Had to buy hardware to make it work as expected. In some reviews it is written that they are tightly undressed, when I opened the box I thought the same thing. After I installed them, they worked flawlessly and held the door open as intended. An added bonus is that the stop is made of rubber, so it also absorbs the impact of an opening door.
