This is a great inexpensive quick release plate. I converted my inexpensive Vista Explorer aluminum tripod into a functional, lightweight travel tripod with (relative) ease. I also use the Movo MB2000 camera vest. I screw one of the round camera mounts into the quick release plates. This allows me to leave the tripod plate on the camera instead of Movo's round mounting plates. I have about 20+ of these and 1 official Manfrotto version. I bought them in batches of 3-5 at a time, had 0 breakages, but one batch I bought had blocking issues making them difficult to remove.
