It is well organized and easy to navigate through all of their different job postings. They pay really well for what they have available, so it's not like you're just paying to fill up your roster with people who don't care about where they are working. You will have to be willing to work harder than most companies because there are usually plenty of applicants to choose from. The benefits can get expensive if you become eligible for them.
