Mind training for little ones

Good game for young children. These are basically flash cards with a heavy gloss so they won't last long on a rough kid. But my 2-year-old daughter loves the game and is super excited when she finds a matching card. It will continue to grow and should offer family fun for many years to come. Would definitely buy again. When using with A Wee One, I recommend playing one suit at a time. Otherwise, playing with all the colors at the same time (which Dad does) makes my baby a little tired.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Hard to say

Highly recommended for games and accessories

I'm sure older siblings (and me!) will enjoy playing this game with our little grandson. It reminds me of "roll and play" but more aptly than "doing". We haven't played it yet, but I suspect our grandson's receptive language will allow him to play it before he actually speaks. He might want to turn over all the cards, but that's part of starting to learn games. We can say"Look, you found a shirt! Let's look for PANTS! Let's turn another one!" Good quality game. The cards are strong.

Fun game and learning tool

Just buy it! Kids love this game and it can be modified to meet the needs of children at different stages of learning and development. It is memory and chance and can be played with a group of children or just one child. It's interactive and stimulating. There is color association, vocabulary expansion, cognitive and motor development. I have used this game with kids from the age of seven and they love it as much as my little ones, they love making it a competition to see who gets the most…

Amazing vocabulary learning tool

I have a master's degree in speech and language pathology, so I recognize good learning tools immediately :). I bought it for my grandson and we both love it! The maps are large and the images are clear and bright! If I were still working as a speech therapist I would definitely buy them for my practice. My grandson is only 15 months old so I had to adapt the game to his abilities but so far we are both very happy. My only suggestion would be that the cards should be better laminated for the…

Great game for my 21 month old

We were looking for "board games" to play with our toddlers <2 years old and this was a great find. Details made of thick glossy cardboard. It's a good weight for small hands, but it's also not entirely immune to bending and mutilating. We lay out one color at a time, going through the deck twice before changing it to a different color. They love turning over big round cards to find matching pictures and we can play that for quite a long time. As they get older I see that the memory aspect…

Great match. I highly recommend it for children aged 15+.

A wonderful game. Highly recommended for children over 15 months. They can start by showing flashcards to introduce them to animals and different categories, and then move on to a matching game. I bought this for my 21/2 year old and she loves it. I've also seen it in their daycare where they use flashcards to help kids identify everything. My daughter plays with this for hours and her reaction when she finds the right card is just too funny. I've tried playing with her memory and she rarely…

  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for old people

The best flashcards for little ones!

I have bought many index cards and none of them compare. My sister bought it for my nephew and gave it to us. The large size allows you to spread them on the floor. The big ones are big enough for the little ones to step on whoever you call out - like hops. They are made from the base material for index cards, so you have to be careful. The images are bold and clear and easy to identify. Many others look cartoony or cheaply drawn and can be confusing. Our daughter fell off after 1 week of…
