Well, at first I hated this sunscreen because I just used it wrong. I used too much for this product - I used about as much as I would with regular sunscreen. I wanted to try a mineral sunscreen and chose Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Oxide because it's high in Zinc Oxide to protect against UVB and UVA rays. I bought this because I have very sun sensitive skin like being outside for half an hour (no sunscreen) and I get completely burned and flaky within 24 hours. Not exactly what I was looking for. Since this is a face product I figured I could wear it every day and under makeup. It's too thick and oily for that. Not what I would call a "dry touch".
