I love that they are up front about what their process is for creating designs from inception through completion of projects. They also give you multiple options so there isn't one "right" answer or method when it comes time too find out who should do your logo/branding work (i have had 3 different people at this point). The team at OVA is very responsive when it comes time for implementation of new ideas or feedback from clients/stakeholders who are not our core customers (we work with them as partners).
