I like that it's easy for my clients, as well myself who are not tech savvy at all! I like that it works across all browsers (desktop, mobile) with no extra work required by myself or my clients as there is nothing for them! I love that you can create custom push messages, so for example we are able send out our weekly sales report directly into people's phones! The best thing about this service is how easy it was set up - no coding required! You just need an API key which they provide with your free account (and then add more as needed).
