The system is easy to understand, I can access from anywhere via my smart phone with an internet connection. It has many options of screens that you could choose according its nature like screen capture etc., which one do we need it? Sometimes when sharing your desktop over network there are some glitches in our client's computer so they feel confused what exactly happening but this tool helps me very much by giving them real time view via webcam. Great tool for remote training: Remote Support Software

I like that it is so easy to use, and you can have multiple people working on one document at once. It is very customizable and has tons of features. The layout isn't always as intuitive as other programs. Sometimes it's hard to find specific information. I wish there were more options to customize your screen. It's a great program to have around when you need a little extra help. We are using it to keep our employees in their offices while we train them remotely. This allows us to make sure…

Great remote desktop tool - especially when working overseas

The best thing I like about this product is that it gives me access to my work computer from anywhere at any time with no limitations. It's quite easy to use as well, so I don't need much training to get started. I have been using this software since the beginning of my employment and haven't encountered anything that has not worked correctly. Sometimes there are problems where the system freezes but I've never had to call customer service for assistance. This gives us an amazing way to provide
