I like that it allows you to customize your email templates for different types of messages. It's very easy to use as well! You can't really dislike anything about this product - we've been using it since our first few days at HootSuite. The only thing is that sometimes when sending out mass emails or reminders, they might get caught in spam filters which causes delays.
