🚗 Enhanced SuperSteer SS401 Rear Trac Bar: Ford F53 20K-22.5K GVWR & Kodiak C4500/5500 18-22K GVWR Review

Installed on my Itasca Sunstar 32K 2010 release. This is a Ford F53 chassis. It was a fairly simple setup. Everything came without any changes.

The difference after installing it in my RV was day and night. Significantly more stable when driving slowly or quickly. The sway has been greatly reduced, it's just safer to drive.

Well thought-out product. The metal is very durable. Directions are very clear. The price seems high but about the same as other devices. I haven't driven an RV since installing it so I'm hoping this will fix my steering play.

Passing trailers, large vans and the wind push my RV back and forth in my lane. With the addition of a caterpillar, the motorhome stands straight as if on rails. More comfortable driving.

The SuperSteer Trac link was easy to install. The instructions were clear. After installation I tested it on the road and was very happy with how it made the trailers pass me. I was no longer pushed aside. I think it's worth the time and money to install it.

My son and I installed it in about 2 hours. His electric impact wrench made the job a lot easier, but it would have been possible with hand-held wrenches, albeit more difficult. A very noticeable improvement in the handling of our motorhome, especially in crosswinds and when catching and overtaking 18 cyclists.

Very nicely assembled. No holes to drill. Just had to move the lines around (as instructed), the zip ties provided kept them in place. Tighten the supplied cuff in one line. Screw lock ran into a plastic bag, went to an auto parts store and bought a replacement. Best upgrade for my motorhome with Ford F53 chassis. Eliminated push when passing semifinals (tail wagging).

Installed on our 2013 Newmar Bay Star 2901 on a Ford F53 chassis. Everything we needed was in the box. The manufacturer's installation YouTube video was very helpful. All the details look very solid. Installation took less than an hour. Initial road testing (seat pants, not scientific measurements) resulted in MUCH less sway and roll, especially when passing trailers. It's expensive, but it works!

So far I think this is an absolutely gorgeous design and will be very effective in relieving that heavy rocking feeling on winding roads and mountain passes. Turns help too. There will be a good test in a few weeks. The delivery time was much better than expected. Package also received in good condition. Thank you for developing a great product at a reasonable price.
