The boots are really easy to wear

Very easy to wear make sure you fit them snugly! Start with the back legs, let the dog walk first, then put on the front legs. I learned a little tip and it worked great!

  • Excellent construction

Toasty Warm is good for boots and paw protection

I have a 20 lb broom that doesn't like the cold. I take her to the dog park for a walk and it's winter now so we have snow and she has to walk in it. Since she doesn't like the cold at all, I thought I'd try boots. Size 2, we've only used them once but love them. They kept their little feet dry and stayed put throughout the walk.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Obsolete

Better than expected! Great for Wisconsin winters

My son has RuffWear boots for his golden retriever. They didn't have them small enough for my 9.5# Shichon (teddy bear). So I decided to give it a try. Size 1 fits him perfectly. The double strap attached them to the paws very well! We immediately took a short walk to see them. (Video attached).

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not as thick as other styles

The measurements are very accurate and they never come loose!

This is a MUST! I have used some other similar stuff but they are really great - sizing is very accurate and they never come off. I bought size 1 for my 10 month old mini Australian Shepherd who weighs about 20 pounds. I was a bit skeptical when I measured his feet (1.5 inches) and chose size 1 because he is not a very small dog, but they are actually perfect. The quality is also excellent. Highly recommended!

Perfect for hiking with your German Shepherd!

These shoes have good support and hold up as you walk. They have an appropriate sole that is perfect for his favorite activities like swimming and hiking. It's hard to find shoes that aren't overpriced and give him the support he needs on his outdoor adventures. He had worn them several times and was already used to them. A kick isn't something dogs get used to quickly, but he gets used to it quite quickly. Velcro is very secure. I gave him XL as he was between Large and XL in the chart. Fits…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers

Great boots! the best in boots and paw protectors

I bought these for my monster as we live in an area that uses a lot of salt and on the advice of my vet wanted to protect his paws. At first my dog hated them and was very clumsy walking, plus we had issues with him kicking them on beta walks. After numerous attempts to get him used to them, I found that they weren't tight enough. After securing them properly, I had no problem keeping them in place. Even though he looks angry in the photo, he doesn't even know he's wearing them. The only thing…

Pros
  • the best in their niche
Cons
  • only available in black

Not waterproof: gaiters and paw guards

These were the first gaiters I ever bought for my dog, they are supposed to be good for snow and keep their paws dry. They work well but the durability I would say is good for about a season. This year I noticed that the velcro has worn out and is not keeping my dog's paws dry. I also added socks that help a bit with the wet part. I would recommend these boots for hot ground or hard grass. They worked fine the first winter, but this winter I'm trying a different brand. This time they don't keep

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • I'll write later

Stay on your feet and provide traction

So it took a few tries to learn how to put them on to make them last. The velcro straps take a lot of tugging and tightening, but they don't feel uncomfortable and they stay put when he goes into the snow or mud. Not that he likes them, he hides when he sees me reaching for them even when his bladder is full and he can't wait to get out the door! But in the end he will give up. This is a dog that doesn't like having his feet touched, but will let me put them on if he knows it's necessary before

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Blank

Nice looking boots with good support but not waterproof

Ok I bought 2 of these boots in 2 months here is my opinion: 1 . The shoes are perfect for my Miniature Schnauzer (size 1). I really like how these shoes look on my dog. I like the double reflective tape because it keeps the shoe in place even when my dog is running around like crazy (provided the shoes don't get wet until the paws get wet! That leads to my other point, which I'll explain later ). )2. Good rubber outsole means my dog can walk with ease. Good traction, no slipping. And the boots

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings everything is fine
