I will like to summit my own side of view on "ALIS" as you have fun.
Now To My Review.
ALIS is a Japanese marketing platform, it's not a popular platform, the platform only allow people from Japan to use the marketing websites only if you have a cell phone number that's of Japanese country verified one at that, then you can be able to register on the platform, which I think its a mono system platform.
The primary vision of this platform is "ADVERTS" their are few activities on this platform social media section, this platform is not popular at all, and all their adverts is on Japanese marketing arenas, it has some reword for the registered one on the platform.
The marking platform look like STEEM project, they have something's in common
This are the few information that I can found in this platform for now.
