Ark

- Ark is a cryptocurrency platform that aims to unify other existing blockchain platforms and networks. Ark is supposed to be a bridge that allows users to use multiple platforms at the same time without ever having to exchange one digital to another. The key element of the platform is the so-called SmartBridges. For example, if you hold ARK digital tokens and want to run a clever contract on Ethereum, just send instructions via SmartBridge and the system will provide the rest.

- They use the enhanced Delegated Proof of Stake system to create new blocks by elected delegates. For the creation of a block, the delegate always gets a reward that he can keep or divide it into his voters. The new block is created every 8 seconds, network transactions are really fast and cheap.

- Ark is a project of French developers operating since 2016. Their number will not exceed 125 million in the future. Most of the coins (94 million) were made available to investors at the end of 2016, before the platform was launched.
