Bitcoin is a FORK of Bitcoin Cash

Bitcoin is a FORK of Bitcoin Cash

Pros
  • Follows the original Bitcoin whitepaper. Stays true to its vision. The longest chain. Decentralized developer teams. Aims for $240 Trillion market vs Bitcoin Core aims for $7 Trillion market. Has the nicest and the biggest community. Allows $0.50 transactions and lower. The true Bitcoin is Bitcoin Cash.
Cons
  • Till now, none.

A fork of Bitcoin (or Bitcoin Core as Roger Ver describes it) has is extremely overvalued considering it is Bitcoin that can't keep up with Lightning and Litecoin with less likelihood of genuine adoption.

Pros
  • Faster transaction that BTC, aiming for wider adoption as a genuine currency
Cons
  • Roger Ver, slower transactions than many other coins, copycat clone coin, Roger Ver again.

I've always felt negative about Bitcoin Cash and how Roger Ver constantly tries to overhype this coin. Knowing how he talked positively about Mt. Gox too and encouraged people to keep money there despite all the warnings, I wouldn't trust a single word that he says about his pet project. The whole atmosphere of this coin feels like a get rich quick opportunity from a couple of big whales who got insane amount of free coins thanks to the hard fork when BTC holders got rewarded with free Bitcoin…

Pros
  • Cheaper and faster transaction than Bitcoin(for now)
Cons
  • Basically, it's a copy of another coin. Nothing more.

Fork of Bitcoin with bigger block size.

Fork of Bitcoin with bigger block size.

Pros
  • Bigger block size = faster transactions.
Cons
  • Bigger block size = more centralization. Also claiming that this it "the one", original Bitcoin in line with Satoshi's vision - it's not, it's fork of Bitcoin.

Альтернативный взгляд на биткоин вполне имеет место в свободном мире

Pros
  • Слишком молодой форк биткоина, чтобы говорить о каких-бы то ни было преимуществах перед биткоином.
Cons

Bitcoin Cash is a fork of the original Bitcoin that sticks to the original whitepaper by Satoshi. It is a true 'peer-to-peer' transaction system. It was widely criticized by the Bitcoin community when it was first forked off but a lot of people are moving onto BCH now. It is the cryptocurrency that most closely aligns with the original vision of what Bitcoin is meant to be.

Pros
  • - It offers cheap transactions with fees as low as 1 satoshi/byte. - The transactions are also very fast as your transaction will most likely get on the next block. - On top of that, merchant adoption for BCH is growing very rapidly. - The developers are constantly developing and considering new features. - The community is very active at reddit/r/btc and reddit/r/bitcoincash.
Cons
  • The only con for BCH right now is that most exchanges dont offer trading pairs with BCH except for KuCoin
