Contentos The Best Platform For Content Creators

Decentralization is taking the precedence in almost all newly developed programs or projects across multiple sectors such as the economy, finance, health, data storage, banking, and trading among others. In this line, I happened to stumble across a project called Contentos a blockchain based decentralized digital content platform. You might already have an idea what the project is all about even from the clue in it’s name. Contentos allows content to be freely produced, distributed, rewarded, and traded, while protecting also protecting the rights of the authors who have written.

Now as is expected, just like most other projects in the cryptocurrency sector, Contentos has its own token COS. COS is the native asset in the Contentos blockchain and it can be used for voting, paying gas fee for smart-contract execution, and yes even transaction fees. Honestly, nothing catches my attention like content monetization. I am always looking for opportunities to get paid for writing good and quality content. The project Contentos, offers open and transparent payment channels among content creators, advertisers, and audiences. Of course, transactions can be tracked on the blockchain too.

So among the features, we have peer to peer revenue distribution, engagement and traffic, trackable copyright, an immutable credit system that basically ensure that content creators actually put out their best work and behavior to earn rewards and also the open source nature that accommodates third party dApps.
I like how they manage the copyrights part. Contentos utilizes smart contracts to manage and check for copyright infringements. Plagiarized or stolen content will be ignored by the reward distribution system and brings no benefits to whoever does it.

For storage Contentos implements the cloud storage option to store content. COS operates on the Binance chain platform with a circulating supply of 1,310,656,724 and a maximum supply of 10,000,000,000 COS. The project has quite a lot of investors and is partnered with big companies too. Binance, Atomic Wallet, Trust Wallet, Origin, Photogrid, Theta and very many others.
