The project aims to use Artificial Life in the blockchain to help people through the process of building their Dapps and Smart Contract .I can’t say I dislike this project. The core team looks solid and investors too (Bitmain to cite one). Cortex has an inside technology called Cortex Virtual Machine able to lead you to the best solution for your Dapps and Smart Contract requirements thanks to AL support..
