Every self-respecting blockchain project must come with its own version of a consensus mechanism. Fusion therefore comes up with the Hierarchical Hybrid Consensus Mechanism (HHCM). They use a combination between Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake, hence the term "hybrid". "Hierarchical" means that the process of transaction packaging and the generation of new blocks takes place in two successive phases.

Fusion Coin (FSN): You can compare the utility of the FSN token a bit with that of Ethereum. You will be able to use it as a transaction with other tokens, but also as a gas to execute smart contracts. Your FSN will also be able to strike in the hybrid consensus mechanism.

In terms of concept, this is a very ambitious project. Solid project with outstanding applications as development continues. If Fusion becomes an established value and can distinguish itself from its competitors, there is still room for enormous growth. But the fact that there are so many hijackers on the coast in this Protocol War, many of which are a lot further in their development, can make Fusion redundant / redundant in the long term.
